Only obligation for the beans circular in shape:
They are calibered by maximum of circular measurement:
- Very thin: Less than 6mm.
- Thin: less than 9mm. (cannot be clasified in CAT extra).
- Medium: more than 9mm. (cannot be clasified in CAT I).

CATEGORY EXTRA |

- High quality, very tender, without seeds or fibers, without defects, in shape and proper growth and colour tipical of this variety.
- Quality tolerance and caliber up to 5% of the weight of beans in category I.

CATEGORY I |

- Good quality, tender, with the form, growth and colour tipical of the variety.
- Quality tolerance and caliber up to 10% of the weight of beans in category II.

CATEGORY II |
|
|
- Quality good for commercializing, tender enough, and should not have beans overly developted. Some superficial defects are allowed.
