  • Should be of high quality and represent all the characteristics for this variety without defects.
  • Well developed.
  • Well formed and straight (maximum hieght of the arch: 10 mm for every 10 cm.).
  • Tolerance of quality and size up to 10% can be from category II.
  
   CATEGORY II  
  
  • Considered in this category if they have the following defects:
    • The tip can be some what damaged.
    • Defect in form and color.
    • Sun burn.
    • Scars on the skin which do not affect the conservation.
  • Not included in this category are those.
