+ to 500 Grms.		 M
From 300 to 500 Grms.		 P
From 150 to 300 Grms.		    
 
  
   CATEGORY I  
  
  • Should be of high quality and represent the characteristics of this category with out defects.
  • Should be fresh, and have a stem, smooth skin and not have a high amount of seeds.
  • Category I should exclude:
    • Defects of form.
    • Defects in colour.
    • Cuts or scars superior to 3 cm.
  • Quality tolerance and calibre up to 10% of aubergine chosen in category II.
  
   CATEGORY II  
  
  • Should be fresh and firm. At the same time should not have over deloped seeds.
  • These aubergines can have the following defects:
    • Defects of form.
    • Defects in colour.
    • Sun burn.
    • Scars which have healed and no longer than 40 cm maximum.
