- Well formed and straight (maximum hieght of the arch: 10 mm for every 10 cm.).
- Tolerance of quality and size up to 10% can be from category II.

- Considered in this category if they have the following defects:
- The tip can be some what damaged.
- Defect in form and color.
- Sun burn.
- Scars on the skin which do not affect the conservation.
