CATEGORY I |
|
|
- Peppers of high quality, selected with their size, colour and state of maturity are considered as category I.
- The visible part of the product in the box has to be representative of all the packed product.
- Peppers in this category have to be firm, representative of its form, and colour of its variety.
- Quality tolerance and caliber up to 10% of peppers chosen in category II.

CATEGORY II |
|
|
- The calibration is not necessary in category II, as long as you respect the minimum of 50 mm.
- It needs to represent the minimum characteristics of quality. Allowing for the following defects:
- Form and development.
- Sun burn or scars which have healed.
- Cracks which are superficial.
- Stem can be damaged or cut off.
- Quality tolerance and caliber up to 10%, excluding the fruits which have gone bad or not for customer consumption.
